Need Icon Help!!!

I'm very new in that stuff and I really need some help!

I have now so many additional Icons to Jim's Globe package which i need to apply.
How can I do it in an easy way? Because the only way I know how to apply aditional
icons is clicking on each programm and select a new Icon. Is there any way for me to include
all addons in one package to apply all at once? so that it see's for e.g. if I have ICQ installed
that it changes the Icon... Because if i really need to change everytime each programm icon like
I explained before then it will be quite hard. Doing it ones to for macking a package somehow with all icons would be no prob, but more then 1 time )
I don't know if there is any way to do it with the IconPackager, I dind't find any good explanation for it.
If there is any way to create a package with all the addon's icons please tell me how to do it... I got 120MB of Jim Globe Icons to aply to the Package...

There is an "Add File Format" under the Tools menu in IconPackager that you can use to change icons by type. i.e. choose an icon for .mp3 files. For exe files, I think you have to use shortcuts to the exe and change them one at a time.

Hi, I don't mean it for file Types, cause this i could already find out. I mean it for Progz like ICQ that these icons are changing as well. And for e.g. Word i can't change my Icon somehow, cause if i click on the properties then the button to change symbol is not active and i don't know how to include more progz in the Iconpackager like Word, ICQ etc...
