If you are refering to BeatNik or any other such skinnable clock program, you'll need the actual program that works with the skin.

No, I'm using WindowBlinds for the skinning. When I set a skin, all the scrollbars, windows, and the startmenu will skin, but the clock part of the start menu won't skin, it will only change colors.

WindowBlinds can't skin the start menu/taskbar area if you're not running XP. But you can use Objectbar to skin them, and imulate the XP stuff.
