Can't apply WindowBlinds to Windows Explorer?

I'm using WinXP. For every skin that I download, it can't be applied to the left menu of the explorer (when you open My Computer, the left menu is showing eg. System Tasks, Other Places, and Details).
I see that it is possible in this skin: (https://www.wincustomize.com/window.asp?Cmd=COMMENTS&Lib=1&SkinID=2829)

In WindowBlinds Settings--Uncheck "Use Windows XP style explorer bars" then click "Apply Changes"

The reason why that happens is because you need to include some file (I think it's called shellstyle.dll or something) in the skin, and since the file is copywrited by microsoft, there is no legal way of sending it. I am not a skinner or programmer, so I'm not sure how it works, but for some reason, some skins have that part skinned anyway.

Anyway, in a future WindowBlinds release (4.0 I think), Stardock are planning to extend WindowBlinds to skin that area as well.

For a short-term fix, ignore it, or try to find a skin that does have it.

Even if the skin doesn't skin the explorer bars, a matching background is better than sticking with the blue background that doesn't match the skins!
