ive just downloaded a skin and wallpaper for my desktop theme on xp.
i also downloaded the icons for the theme, but i dont know how to install them?
id like to get instructions on how to do so.
i use the program windowblinds.
is there another program i need to install the icons provided by the author?

Yep, to use the Icon Packager themes, you need the program "Icon Packager". You can get it here: https://www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager
