Confused about something (please read)

I was wondering what program if any, was used to group the icons together on the bottom of the screen like that in the Carbon Fibre, D-Vision, UtraViolet theme for Windowblinds & the LavenderSunset theme for WinStyles. If anyone could tell me how they did that Id appreciate it.

My initial thought was ObjectDock as well, but looking at those screenshots, I don't see any program grouping icons together. I see quick launch icons on the taskbar, but that is a function of Windows itself. Right click on your taskbar, choose toolbars, then quick launch. That should make the quick launch toolbar visible. Then you can resize it, drag icons to it, and customize it how you want.
