Beginer: changing system and skin colors in WB7 and Win7

Hi

Im using WB7 (and w7x64) and i always want to
change some skin- and system colors in some WB-skins:
text-color, background color (of active or inactive) window, ... etc.
 
To change these colors im using this option:

"change skin system colors..."

Then you can see:

"

system colour: active border
system colour: active title
...
...
"

Is there a "graphical" description (a graphics) that
shows the locations of these areas?
It is very difficult to understand where these areas are.

Maybe in german language?
I´m from germany and i dont speak very good english.
Therefore screenshots are only in german language.


Is it possible to change some of these (system-)colors not
in WB7 but in windows 7 in this window:
(see SCREENSHOT) "WIN7_change_system_colors.jpg" ?

This is much easier to understand.
