Cannot register with fences

I have recently purchased fences and windowblinds. Windowblinds has installed correctly, however fences does not recognize my user email, password and product key. I have reached the maximum attempts and have tried offline registration. Please reset my registration. I have sent a letter to support, but nobody has replied to my email.
