Well another year gone by and I nearly forgot but dont tell starkers that, thats our secret shhhhhhh, anyway folks would you all join me in wishing the OLD Geezer a Happy Birthday he is / was 61 yesterday / today
Thanks to everyone for the birfday wishes. It was a quiet one - no lavish parties or anything - but I got to spend some of it with Shaunna, my daughter and grandkids, so it was a pretty good day... despite the absence of beer, pizza and cake.

I'm allowed to forget people... it's my birthday right now that I'm in my twilight years and prone to memory lapses.
Call it 'oldtimers' or 'CRAFT disease' or whatever, fact is, I can't remember a fechen thing if it happened before a sleep; after a meal; since going to the toilet and/or answering the doorbell.
Another reason for me to forget all that came before is when somebody puts the newset edition of Playboy in front of me - purely for the articles, of course - and my mind is transported into the realms of wonderous things. But of course that didn't happen so I was left to my own means to fantasise.... which is another reason to forget people... is fantasy. Like I'm not gonna be thinking of some bloke called Steve while my mind's eye is fantasising about Patricia Farinelli [for those who know not of whom I speak, google her name] am I?
