I purchased renewal and cannot get serial # or download access

I purchased renewal and cannot get serial #, assistance thru ticketing system even after receiving ticket number, or by any phone option.

First let me say I have loved Object Desktop since 2003. I have bragged about, and promoted it thru my IT Department where I worked. My purchase went off without a hitch, even after purchasing a second product "ThinkDesk".

But now it seems that Stardock has so many corporate client, that maybe the "little people" don"t count quite as much. I really hope I am mistaken and there is support tech working on my case as I am typing this "plea" out.

Thank you so very much for your help with this issue. I am sure my ignorance in some of the processes contributed to this issue, but I did try to combine the different accounts but was unsuccessful. Most likely due to all the different info I have had over the year.

 

You could do me one favor and forward this email on to the Support Department Supervisor, or your direct supervisor. I would like to pay you a compliment. Your response prevented my frustration from causing me to retract my renewal, which I TRULY DID NOT WANT TO DO.
