If I want to change the color of a skin for the portion where the two black X's are, where do I find that in SkinStudio? Thanks!
Can´t really see anything from that screenshot... Provide Full screenshots & I will try to help.

You can change that at: "Edit Menus and menu bars > Standard menu bars > Menu bar (notepad etc)"
alternatively if the app uses the toolbar instead, go to: "Edit toolbar controls > Rebar controls > Background"
You will need a graphic editor (like Photoshop or other) to change the images.
