fences swap screens when switch off, then on my monitors...

Hello,

I'm a big fan of Fences, but since i've 2 monitors (DVI - hdmi/displyport), each time i switch them off (for lunch or break time), and when i switch them on, no mater witch one i switch on first, my fences are swapped :

All my fences from main monitor went to the other one, and vice-versa...

Even with a restore snapshot it stays swapped...

Is there anyway to prevent that ? to let my fences where they belong ?
