Can not Double click icons

In the fences most icons just do not react when double clicking on them

Just bought latest of version for Fences. Using Win 8.1 Pro. In the fences most icons just do not react when double clicking on them.Rebooted, re installed, rebooted again. No change.
How can this be fixed?Never had this issue with the first version of Fences.

Interesting. Seems like there could be something else interfering with Fences. Please download and run the following utility:

http://sd.stardock.com/SDSupportTool.exe

This is a tool that we use to gather relevant log files and basic information about your computer. Once the utility finishes running, please send the .zip file it creates on the desktop to [email protected] so we can look into this for you.
