Tooltip does not drop when map moves

If I have a ship selected and move the mouse pointer to a nearby colony, as expected, I get the data for the colony in a tooltip.

If I have another ship idle and hit the space bar for the currently selected ship, the map shifts so that the next idle ship is centered on the display, but the tooltip continues to be displayed, which is not expected, because the pointer is no longer over that colony.
