So I bought the Founder's Elite Edition from Steam and logged in to my Stardock account on first startup but the Name a Star website keeps saying "We couldn't find a registration for Galactic Civilizations III Elite Edition on your account". It's been couple of weeks already so I think database etc. related delays are ruled out at this point. On the other hand I can access the Founder's Vault just fine.
For extra detail I had the non-Elite version previously but I cancelled that pre-purchase and bought the Elite Edition straight from Steam. Did this mess something up with my Stardock account?
I don't see GCIII on your account. I'd suspect you might have used an alternate account/e-mail, in which case you can merge them here
