craeonics - Is Dutch math like different from US/English math or something?

crae, you are familiar with:
sin()
cos()
tan()

i presume?
there are three more operators, the "inverse" of these.

i just dint remember their names, or their exact relationships off hand

i think it is along the line of:

sec() = 1 / sin()

etc.
i never really used them, even when i was doing maths a lot in England.

craeonics - 'identity'

in this case, just a fancy word for "question" (or equation)

it would be fair to say:

the following identity is true
2 + 2 = 4

it is just that the first post had a slightly more complicated equation.

Aha. We call that an 'arcsinus' (~arc-sine) over here. Umm, no wait, no we don't... arc-sine is the inverse sine... umm... Does it show that I haven't used this in a long long time?
