Chrome doesnt change it's skin

Im using Google Chrome and WB 8.03 for Windows 8.1 and Chrome isnt changing its skin. Im using the Mac OS X Ultimate skin and it works with some other programs I've tried. It also appears to not work with Steam(which for some reason I figured because Steam is weird)

Well I fixed it after 5 seconds of thinking. I had a custom theme from the web store. I got rid of it and it fixed it.
