Why is my order not being processed?

On Wednesday morning I placed a order (3074467) for 30 copies of Start8. The confirmation screen states:
3074467
This order has been queued for processing by customer service. You will receive an email within one business day, at which time you will be charged and your order will be fulfilled.
As I'm in the UK, I'm reaching the end of the THIRD business day (Wed, Thu, Fri) and there has been no apparent progress on the order.
I've then raised a support ticket - no reply. I've then tried phoning Stardock - nothing but voicemail.
Could somebody process my order please? I've got a bunch of PCs here, all configured with several packages. We're JUST waiting for Start8!
Should it be this hard to purchase?
