Registration Issues

I think I have followed the registration process and I am still receiving a message that Fences's isn't activated.

I must say that the registration process is not user friendly in the least.

Can you please go through the registration process I should follow.

Sorry for the trouble. I am not seeing any activation attempts listed for you so it is possible that something is blocking your ability to activate.

At times, we see clients that are on firewalled corporate \ government networks having issues activating with the standard method. In these cases, we have them try the manual activation here:

http://activate.stardock.com/

This should work to activate your product if followed through to conclusion. However, if you run into trouble, at the very least, send us ([email protected]) the text file (2240.txt) that the instructions indicate and we can activate for you.
