Max activation count

Hello I have the same problem as most windows 8.1 users. First i got info "unable to write activation signature" next Max activation count reached. I snet ticket to support but still no answer. Sorry for my bad english. Jacek

I got answer thanks. I started Frances as administrator and then activate it. Now is ok. Thanks
