Icons Won't Stay Put

I love Fences but I'm having a problem I can't seem to fix. Whenever I change/lower my desktop resolution (usually to play on old PC game) and return back to my normal, higher resolution the icons inside and outside of the Fences I created are scrambled. I've tried all of the settings under 'Layout features and snapshots' but nothing works. The only way I can return the icons to normal is to 'Restore Snapshot'. It's very frustrating and kind of defeats the whole purpose of Fences. o_O

Hi Gargabee,

No, they seem to do nothing. I should mention I'm also running Start8 if that matters.

Please download and run the following utility:

http://sd.stardock.com/SDSupportTool.exe

This is a tool that we use to gather relevant log files and basic information about your computer. Once the utility finishes running, please send the .zip file it creates on the desktop to [email protected] This will create a support ticket.

Also, please include any screenshots that may help illustrate your issue(s).

Having the same problem, and have reported it to your previously.  You had me use a utility to "clean" my Fences settings, which seemed to help for about an hour.

Started seeing the problem after upgrading to Windows 8.1.

I will also run your support tool, and attach the result file to the ticket.
