Activation of fences

 

I have purchased fence program but activation of fence is impossible.

So, I send e-mail to support team about a week ago and I got ticket ID from them.

I tried to access esupport.stardock.com as they informed but my e-mail address is invalid(this e-mail address is same as store.stardock.com)

In this case, Do I need to make additional account to log in? All other people are same situation as me?

Thanks for your reply.

I tried to reset my password and they said password reset e-mail has been send to my e-mail.

But there is noting in my mail box.

I can login all other categories(store, forums..etc) except support with my e-mail address and password.

Do I need to contact support team again?

I manually changed the password for your support account. I sent you the details of it in a private message here. Let me know if that does not help.

Now I can use support account and have confirmed ticket ID and rectified my problem.
