Cursor FX Plus on Windows 7 64bit

I've loved using these cursors 9 years since Cursor XP but had to uninstall Cursor FX Plus ~2 years ago because it wouldn't work correctly with my new Windows 7 64 bit computer. The Cursor FX home page shows FX+ working with Windows 7 but the latest Cursor FX spec. sheet still says nothing past Vista. Which is it?  I saw in a reply to a post from July 2012 stating, that at that time Cursor FX v. 2.11 had many problems and since v. 2.10 was unavailable he advised the poster to wait until a new version - This was all concerning Windows 7 64 bit. This was at the same time as I was having my problems. Is there now a stable version for Windows 64 bit? I do not mind paying extra for a "Premium" version.  Thank you for any help you can give me.

System Requirements:
Windows 7 / Vista / XP
CursorFX is not compatible with Windows 8

And although not officially supported on Windows 8, most users are having no problems running it on that OS. I've been using CFX on Win7/64 with no trouble at all since Win 7 came out. There was an earlier version that needed the CFX Control Panel exe to be run in compatability mode for Vista, but I believe that has been addressed, along with the need to double click to apply a cursor. You should be fine with the current version.

The spec/Data sheets are way out of date(2009) and contain Version 2.0 specs.

Cursor FX works fine on all 3 of my Win7 rigs, and on both of my Win 8 rigs.

Version 2.11 was fixed. Go for it.

How exactly is it not "working correctly"?

Not working correctly was: sometimes, the cursor would start to flicker then finally it would turn into a small single vertical row of pixels. When that happened I would have to restart then all would be fine for awhile again.  The last version that I tried was MANY versions ago. Give me a little time to re-install the latest version and I will get back to you.

Thank you all for your help.
