How does one install previously purchased premium themes without Theme Manager?
If it is a .suite file, rename it to .zip, extract it and put the folders where they belong in Public Documents, then just use WB's to apply the WindowBlind, and IconPackager for the icons.
You may have to rebuild the list in WB's to see the skin. For the icons, you may need to select install from disk, browse to the Icon Package and install to get the IP to show up in that program. For more info on that, see this thread.
