Change pay currency

Hi I'm trying to buy WindowBlinds 8 licence. Problem is it count the currency as "pesos" instead "dollars", and the only way I can pay is through paypal in which one I have only dollars to spent.

I been thinking of change my country to USA to try if it let me pay on dollars since you don't need to send me nothing to my actual address (which wiil be correct except the country), but maybe this make me some trouble with you, so, I'm here asking for your advice how to continue with this.
