Activations Reset

Guys, I did what you say.

I saved my sig bins.

I installed Windows 8.1 on my laptop.

I put back the sig bins.

I still can't activate Deskscapes8 and IconDeveloper. Says max activations reached.

Need a reset please.

I created a ticket for you and reset the activation count. On a fresh install of Windows, the backed up bins will not work. Re-activation is necessary.

OK, I thought fresh installs was what the sig bins were good for?

I must have the wrong understanding ....... as a redneck, I get confused easily...hehe.
