Translating Start8

Hello,

 

I am thinking of translating Start8 to my national language. If I do that I want to ask a few questions:

1. How can I rename the Pin to Start menu (Start8) entry. I have searched everywhere and I can't find it...

2. How can I publish it for everybody? (in other words how can it end up in the official installer)
