Activation failed

Dear,

Is it possible to help me out with the following error?

When I'm on step 4 of the activation of the Fences I get the following error:

Sorry, your activation request is invalid. Please make sure you have input the proper information during the login process. Error Code: 12 - InvalidEmailOrNoMatch
