Thank the Lord she's got her icon....life was getting unbearable waiting for it and putting up with her incessant whimpering....

That's no lie. Last night I decided to watch one of the network news shows from the US. I was up late (shown here at 2am). I swear, I got so mad at my country. Sometimes I don't miss home, this was one of those times.

"The schools don't teach about guns in the US. That is up to the parents who own guns themselves. There are government run gun safety classes that minors must take to get a hunting permit"

Uhh, not in Summerville, SC. We actually had a hunter's safety course when I was in the 7th grade. It included learning about the different gauges and types of guns and ammo (including handguns and automatics), and even a trip out to the firing range to learn to shoot. No really, it's true. Talk about insane!

Let me clarify.. it was a required course. It wasn't an optional thing in order to get a permit. It was part of the school's courses!
