Unable to create new fences.

I am attempting to create a new fence other than the default ones. I have tried holding ALT and dragging a folder with right-click- did not work. I tried right-clicking the folder and choosing "show this folder on the desktop"- did not work. I even tried drawing a box on the desktop and clicking "create fence here" and nothing happens.

WTF am I doing wrong?

If you have not yet done so since installing/activating Fences, try rebooting to see if that will allow you to make a fence. If that does not help there may be an issue with your installation of Fences that we will have to look at. Let me know if the reboot does not help.
