Hey, ho, of course that's an attack. And that was pretty much everything I intended to say with that post.

A line from the movie O Brother, Where Art Thou said by Ulysses Everett McGill,

"Pete, the personal rancor reflected in that remark I don't intend to dignify with comment. However, I would like to address your general attitude of negativity. Consider the lilies o' the goddamn field or... hell! Take Delmar here as your paradigm of hope."

....people just don't like negativity. It's not in our nature to like it. So, no, we don't have to take it as part-and-parcel along with 'positive' comments. We don't have to accept negativity that is intended to be nothing but destructive. The world has for too long been turning a blind eye to negativity and look at the state of the world now!

No, if someone offers a negative and destructive comment, I say jump all over that persons head. Confront them, back them into a corner, tear them down until they reveal the whimpering cowards they really are, show no mercy. Postitive comments like "this skin rocks" are benign. Comments like "this skin sucks" are malignant and like any cancer need to be cut out before it spreads.

So as not to sound too negative I will not say "I hate negative people", however I will say that hating them "rox"

It's not criticism that is the issue, it's lack of constructive criticism.

Well, personally, I'd rather somebody writes "I don't like this skin" than he lies and tells me he likes it, or even than not writting anything at all.
I'd hate to have the false impression my skin is good when it really isn't.

Fortunately, there aren't many skins out there that I feel compelled to write a negative comment on. When I do, I explain why, but even a simple "this sux" can be helpful (if annoying to the artist).

What bugs me are the people who go around rating skins "1" but not leaving any explaination why. I had a hit and run on one of my skins recently and I have no idea why... Especially since it's one of the more popular ones.

The person that left that comment on my screenshot is ignorant and I am ignoring it and him.
I have asked for it to be removed because it's at me and not my screenshot.

I'm a firm believer of nipping insult in the bud, before it degenerates into all-out fighting.
It's proven that the faster graffiti is removed the less likely it will be propagated [in that area].
If it is left to fester it will and does attract more of the same..
