Activation Reset

Intall new Windows8.1, unfortunately start8 told me reached maximum activation limits. 

I have placed ticket for 3 days (ticket No.:DJW-301-4957), but still get no reply.

Please resolve my problem.....

Your ticket has been replied to. Please note that when you reply to your ticket before we do, you reset your position in queue, further delaying response.
