Ungroup programs on start toolbar

For the life of me I cannot seem to find the setting to ungroup programs, is there a feature like that even?

For example, when I have two separate firefox windows open they're group under the same. What I want is separate icons for each one.

The taskbar is not provided by Start8, that's an OS thing.

You can stop grouping on that the same way you do with Windows 7, by right clicking the taskbar and changing the taskbar buttons value.
