Unable to configure 2.11

Hi,

Running Fences 2.11 and everything was working great until today when I installed new nVidia drivers (331.58) for my GPU's. Now when ever I head to control panel to try and configure Fences all it shows is "This Folder is empty". Right clicking the desktop and trying to use the context menu doesn't do anything either. I am able to create/delete Fences along with adding and deleting icons out of them and that is about it. Also have reinstalled Fences twice to no avail. System is as follows:

Windows 8.1 Professional x64

Fences 2.11

Start8 1.30.1

DisplayFusion Pro 5.1

Using nVidia Surround with 331.58 drivers
