Windows and Tabs not refreshing on close.

I'm seeing an odd issue where if I close a tab or window with the X the tab or window behind or under it shows the previously closed tab or window content.  This seems to happen mostly in SQL Server Management Studio 2012 (SP1 w/ CU Updates).  For example if I have 3 tabs open call them 1,2, and 3.  When I close tab 3 and tab 2 is now displayed it shows what was on tab 3 and not what is really on tab 2. If I minimize the application to task bar and then open it again it does reload.  Also if I click to tab 1 and then back to tab 2 it will reload tab 2 showing the correct info for that tab.

I'm pretty sure this is a Stardock issue with Start8,Window Blinds, or Modern Mix. I didn't see this before I started using these and I have co-workers not using these that don't have this issue on Windows 8 with SQL Server Management Studio 2012.
