Bug in SKS8/WB8 on Titlebars when a Text Background Image is Used

OK, can someone please fix this quickly, it is a MAJOR bug IMO:

Bug in Windows 8

As you can see, when a text background image is used in the Windows 8 per-pixel titlebar, the image centers correctly on all applications, but not on titlebars in windows explorer.

Nuff said.
