Problem with going from monitor 1 to 2

Hello, i use 3 monitors in this setup: http://prntscr.com/1ru5fg
And Multiplicity is set up like that: http://prntscr.com/1s2mt1
CASE 1 - When i go from main monitor to monitor 2 its ok, but when i click my mouse on monitor 2 i cant go back down - the cursor stops at bottom line, then i need to press Windows key on the keyboard - and then i can go down back to monitor main.... Same thing is when i want to go from 2 to 1 after cklick, i also need to press windows button. Tho there is no problem on monitor 1 or main like that, on thoz monitors i can click and the movment is ok.
PS - All Monitors are plugged to diffrent PC's
- Top monitors/Pc's got instaled Windows 7
- Bot monitor/PC got installed Windows 8
- All Windows are x64
PS2 Myby u got some Tips how to use/configure a monior set like that ?
