Exclude individual icon from hover effects...

Is it possible to exclude certain icons from the hover effects? I am trying to keep the recycle bin stationary if possible. Thanks

You would have to create a separate dock.

Thanks but I know of an old theme on WinCustomize that had the recycle bin and weather applet stationary while the "Magnification" view worked on other icons on the dock, this is actually the theme that I edited for my current theme but I removed the icons and don't know how to get them back to work that way, it is so old I don't remember the theme anymore because I just started back with objectdock. This is probably some type of registry edit but I don't know
