Cannot buy Start8

I would like to buy Start8, but the store window will not go to the next screen. I have a quantity of 1 selected, no coupon and when I click "buy" nothing happens. Is there a IE setting I need to change? I enabled cookies and allowed popups. Please help as I need this wonderful app. Thanks, Al K.
