ObjectDock doesn't support dragging program icons to the Dock?!

I'm hoping this is operator error on my part... Can't figure out how to assign or drag & drop program icons to the Dock. Even if I use the select icon feature of the program and then tell it where the icon is located on the hard drive I end up with some silly looking question mark as the program icon on the Dock.  I was very impressed with Fences Pro & Fences 2, so purchase this as soon as I saw it was from Stardock. So far it's a total waste of money... can anyone help? About to kick Stardock to the curb...

CAn you provide a bit more detail?

What OS are you using?

Where are you dragging the shortcut from?  (The desktop or Windows Explorer?)

If you download and run the following utility: http://sd.stardock.com/SDSupportTool.exe and send the results to [email protected] we can see what is going on too.
