Legacy Status

I would like to present a problem for my purchase of Stardock
Fences ® Pro. I cannot use it anymore because Legacy order status. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Could you be more specific about what is happening? Are you getting any errors? If so, what are they, and when do they occur? Can you send a screenshot that describes the issue?

Before this problem is register key number cannot be resolved and I feel that results legacy status. Even if I had successfully installed, but the problem also arises in the upper part of the Fences (Choose a Layout), here I was not provided any layout and I cannot continue using Fences.

 

Consequently, just email it also had this problem to support, but no response from them.

 

Other errors: Status: Unsupported

What is your ticket ID?

klairfreight: when you contact [email protected] you get a ticket ID in an automated reply.  If you have not had one then please contact [email protected] with your issue again.  Make sure your spam filter is not blocking replies from them.

I've managed to activate Fence Pro (v1) before, but since I started the windows update from there I cannot use it. Now I just use the trial (30days) for my computer. Now the same problem arises in WindowBlinds 7 Product (Legacy). What causes this problem occur.?
