Missing icon sizes in right-click menu

Normally when you right-click on your desktop and go to the view menu item you get three options for icon sizes: Large, Medium, Small. As of installing fences I no longer have those options. The options that I have available under the view menu item are: Opacity, Auto arrange icons, Align icons to grid, Lock Fences, Show desktop icons, Show desktop gadgets.

 

I am using version 2.10.

Have you rebooted since installing?

Please download and run the following utility: http://sd.stardock.com/SDSupportTool.exe

This is a tool that we use to gather relevant log files and basic information about your computer. Once the utility finishes running, please send back the .zip file it creates on the desktop to [email protected]

Just for example, without fences installed, I see large, medium, small, as choices on right click/view.  With fences installed, I see large, medium, classic.

Zubaz, I did email the log to the above address and I have not gotten a response to the issue. This is still a problem in 2.11.

Did you get an auto-response with a case ID?  I don't see a case for you.

You can also use the tool at https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/default_import/Tickets/Submit to create a case.

The case isn't assigned to my account for some reason. The ticket id is QGQ-630-34746
