Where to download for re-install

Just a quick question...I had to re-install Dark Avatar due to a corrupt file. Easy delete but when I try a reinstall...it appears the game no longer exists on Stardock or in GameStop.  I have all of my serial numbers and have been playing Galactic Civ for years. Suggestions?

Note: Stardock tells me to install the GameStop App where its lists my serial numbers (it was a digital download from Stardock).  The App is already installed (and has been re-installed)...but the game does not seem to exist anywhere in the store.  Is there somewhere else I can download and re-install. 

 

Also Note: I do not use Steam.  Never have.  Do not wish to use it if even remotely possible.  (Do not feel like I should have to have Steam in order to re-install a game I already own and have run for years.) <_< All of my games have worked tremendously well without having Steam involved.    (Thank you Stardock!)

 

I would be happy to buy a disk if need be...just curious why the game no longer shows up at Stardock or in GameStop.

We only have direct downloads of the newer SKU of each title (basically, the ones still being sold) since Impulse was sold to GameStop.

They should have everything that we did back then, but if they've lost your registration info somehow and can't fix it for you, contact [email protected] and they should be able to help.
