How do I fix this please? It happens with all every window when maximized, thank you. (I'm using Windows 8 64-bit).

What operating system are you using?
What version of WindowBlinds are you using?
What skin? (Does this happen with every skin?)
Silly me never thought of testing it with other skins, I apologise. It happens only with the diamond skin, I'm using Windows 8 64-bit, Windowblinds 8.
Same thing happens unfortunately, no matter what customized start icon I use, even with the theme icon it happens, it seems to be a bug in just the Diamond Skin. I use true launch bar, www.truelaunchbar.com but I don't think it's the cause.
It's a shame as the Diamond skin is my favourite but I'll use another skin for the time being and thanks for your speedy responses.
If you disable it, do things work?
