[BUG] Multiple Monitors and Start8 1.17 beta on Windows 8.1

I didn't really find a more relevant subforum to post this so I went with this one.

On to the issue itself, assuming you have a dual (possibly multi) monitor setup, taskbars enabled on all monitors, and your main taskbar is not placed on your main monitor, pressing the Start button on any secondary taskbar will successfully open the Start8 menu....on the main taskbar (and not on the secondary taskbar from where you press the button from, which is the intended result). If the main taskbar is placed on the main monitor then Start8 will work as intended. This only happens when your desktop is configured as mentioned above.
