Start Menu black text on right side

Hello world :)

I apologise if this was already answered but I have text colour problem in start menu. Used search on this forum and haven't found answer even on page 4 so I gave up and made this post :)

 

 

As you can see right side text colour is black and background is black. Tried changing all colours to white in settings but seems none of settings available are for that text colour.

Its too hard to see and I just want to set it to white.

Using Win8

that is controlled by making a ITEM MOUSEOVER image and setting the text through that. Its in the start menu section, places-item mouseover.
