Please Help

Years ago I had a Stardock program that used a building as the main interface.  I remember you could walk around inside and outside of it, hand pictures on the wall and of course there was a console you could walk up to and interact with windows to get to your programs.  I replaced all the ads so probably bought the program at some point.  Any idea what its called and will it work with Windows 8?  Thanks.
