All dialog Boxes open in top left corner of the screen

Ever since installing Fences 2.10 I've noticed that every dialog box that pop ups (such as the "Run" box or application notifications) all start in the top left corner of the screen now.

Not a huge deal, but kind of odd.

Has anyone else seen this happen before?
