[SUGGESTION] Create Customizable Stack Launchers in Docks

How's this for a feature? Inside of a fence, you can create a Stack Launcher and point it to a specific folder. Stacks are the feature in the OS X dock bar and there's some windows software out there to do this already, but it's buggy at best, and needs more customization. Here's an example of what I think Stardock Fences should have natively to coincide with existing awesome stardock software
