How To "factory reset"

Hi,

Is there a way to perform something like a "factory reset" of my Start8 installation (version 1.16)??

I'm trying to clear out my list of frequently used applications so it start to get rebuilt from scratch, there are a few apps that I right-clicked to "remove from this list" but would now like to see back in the list!

Tried uninstalling and re-installing, but that didn't seem to help and I can't seem to get apps that I removed to appear again.
