BUG: Windows key

Hi,

I would like to report a bug:

when Start8 control settings are set like this: "what should happen when you are in modern ui app" - "Windows key switches back to desktop" (NOT "and shows start menu") - it only works if there is a window open - if no windows are open - it doesn't work. I just purchased the start8 and find it quite annoying - could you, please, fix it?

What modern app did you have open?

What does happen when you tap the Windows key?
